At Vetere & Associates, we try to keep things simple. Our websites are built for people in the
United States, and this policy explains—in plain English—what we collect, why we collect it,
who we share it with, and the choices you have.
What we collect (and why)
When you fill out a form, book a call, download something, or buy from us, you may share
basics like your name, email, phone, company, job title, or a message. If there’s a purchase, our
payment partners, including Stripe, Quickbooks Online handles your card details—we do not
store full card numbers.
Like most websites, our systems may also pick up technical information automatically: your IP
address, browser and device type, pages you visit, links you click, and an approximate location
inferred from your IP. We use cookies and similar technologies so the site works as expected,
remembers preferences, and helps us understand what content people find useful.
We don’t intentionally collect sensitive personal information (like precise geolocation, health
data, biometrics, or government IDs). You should not send such information but, If something
like that ever appears in a message you send us, we treat it carefully and delete it when we can.
How we use your information
We use your information to run and improve the site and our services, answer questions, send
confirmations and updates, and—if you opt in—send marketing that we think is relevant. We
analyze how the site is used so we can fix issues and make better decisions. And when the law
requires it (or to protect our rights and users), we may use information to meet those
obligations.
Cookies, analytics, and ads
Cookies help the site function and help us understand what’s working. If we use tools like
Google Analytics or CRM, those providers may set their own cookies that are out of our control.
You, however, can control cookies in your browser. Where state law requires it, we also honor
browser-based opt-out.
Who we share information with
We work with trusted service providers—hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment
processing, CRM—who process information and are bound by confidentiality obligations. If we
undergo a business change (like a merger or asset sale), information may transfer as part of
that process. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to prevent fraud or
security issues.
We don’t sell personal information for money. Some states consider certain analytics or
advertising to be a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.” If that applies, you can opt out
(see Your choices below).
Your choices
You’re in control of your information.

Cookies and tracking: Use your browser settings to block or limit cookies. Where required.
State privacy rights: Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. To exercise a right, contact support@johnvetere.com or unsubscribe.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reasons described here,
including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. As a guide, transaction records are kept
for seven or more years to meet legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal
information. No security program is perfect, but we work to prevent unauthorized access, use,
alteration, and disclosure.
Children
This site isn’t for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you
believe a child under 13 has provided information, please contact us at
support@johnvetere.com and we’ll delete it.
Third-party links
If you click a link to another website or service, their policies—not ours—apply.
